Region of Guadalajara has nothing to envy to other provinces of Spain. Here we can find wonders of nature that few people know.
The eastern part is quite unknown for most of the Spanish and has some of the best treasures as nature places.
In the map below I present the general index of hiking trails that will explain in my website where you will find truthful information as to overcome these challenges.
There are all levels and are marked in different colors depending on the difficulty entailed either.

We start from Ocentejo, a small town where there is usually a place to park. We will see an information booth.
Once you started the route you can see hand right walls of the mountains bordering the river in autumn and spring is usually very hard your water.
Rock formations due to erosion thousands of years ago left very curious shapes and silhouettes and a variety of trees around the river and lush vegetation.
You can make very nice photos.
When we have passed 15 kilometers arrive at an old house in ruins, that will be the end of the route.
If we move we see as the waters accumulate and good places to eat and enjoy the water in summer.
Due to the location of the place even seem water is cold it is not wind because the block of rocks around, so you can enjoy in the river.
This route you can do whenever you like during the year but for take a swim it is better after may.
Between middle of June and August it is very hot so be careful with that!
There is a place where it is very suitable for water activities such as swimming and jumping about 9 km from the start of the route.
